Q. How should I store coffee beans?
A.Store in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight in an airtight container such as a sealed bottle. We recommend refrigerating for longer than 2 weeks.
Ｑ.When is the expiration date of the product?
A.The expiration date of our coffee beans is 2 months (approximately 60 days) from the date of roasting. In addition, it takes about 24 days for baked goods (baumkuchen, financier, etc.) that use our coffee beans.
Q.Can I have my coffee beans ground?
A.If you buy coffee beans at our store, you can grind them to your desired grind (fine, medium, medium-coarse, coarse) if you bring them in at the time of purchase or at a later date. Please select the grind you want at the time of purchase in the ONLINE SHOP. Please note that we do not support extra-fine grinding for espresso.
