A.Store in a sealed bottle or other airtight container in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight. We recommend refrigerating for longer than 2 weeks.

Q. When is the expiration date of the product?

A. The expiration date of our coffee beans is 2 months (approximately 60 days) from the date of roasting. 
In addition, it takes about 24 days for baked goods (baumkuchen, financier, etc.) that use our coffee beans.

A. For coffee beans purchased at our shop, you can choose your preferred grind (fine, medium, medium-coarse, or coarse) at the time of purchase or at a later date. It is possible to grind to
